Care Instructions

  1. Always wash hair in cool water using mild shampoo and conditioner. Washing in hot water will damage fiber.
  2. Never scrub hair. Swish it gently from side to side and sunk it up and down.
  3. Use a towel and part hair dry. Never brush or comb when hair is wet. Never use blow dryer. If in a rush, use cold settings on the dryer.
  4. If necessary, de-tangle hair with a wide toothed comb working from the bottom toward to top.
  5. If hair gets frizzy, use sheen spray then comb.
  6. You can resume styling once the hair is completely dry.
  7. Never comb or brush spiral curl or dreadlocks. Use fingers to comb gently.

-Same Day Shipping cut off time for International orders is noon EST (Mon-Fri, holidays closed).

-DHL Worldwide shipments will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

-Bulk orders are welcome. No limits on weight.

-We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.

Return/Cancellation Policy

This also applies to order cancellation requests. Once the order is submitted at SoGoodBB.com, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers can return the order. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.


Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@sogoodbb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An email will be sent with the return instructions when the return is authorized.
