Return Policy

Please note that when making an order with So Good BB, you are agreeing that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Return Policy.

  • All clearance and special sales are final. We will only accept returns if you received an incorrect or defective item. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at within 48 hours of the item being delivered. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and an image of the incorrect or defective item.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. There will be a minimum of 20% restocking fee charged for all returns, depending on the condition of the item(s). We do not accept any return requests after 48 hours of the package being delivered; you must contact us within this time period.
  • Qualifying items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn. This includes smells of perfume, oils, pet odor or smoke.
  • Color swatches on our website can vary from the actual hair color due to the lighting or the monitor's display and settings. Color differences will not be regarded as product defects. If you received the correct color, as labeled, then we cannot provide you a refund/exchange.
  • We must receive the return items within 7 business days of the return request.
  • Any returned item that was not approved will be sent back to the customer and shipping will not be credited.
  • We will replace any return item with the same exact item. If the item is not available, we will provide a refund for the item.
  • In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the return item arrives to the store and is approved.
  • Return policy is subject to change without notice.


Orders are packaged and shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays through Fridays (excluding national holidays). We do NOT ship out any packages on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are subject to change at any time without notice. The shipping fee is currently a flat rate of $7.99 for Continental U.S. 48 states. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.99 for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and APO//FPO/DPO Addresses.


    All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped out within 2 business days but we try our best to ship out most orders within 1 business day. If the customer has provided inaccurate information (i.e. missing apartment/suite numbers), we will NOT be able to ship out the order within this time frame.

    Please note that payment is processed at the time of order; not when the item is shipped. If the item the customer ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify the customer within 2 business days, which is before the promised shipped out date. Customers will be given options to exchange colors/items (if available) or cancel the order. The necessary refunds will be provided.

    Free Shipping

    Free shipping is offered on all orders over $60 for Continental U.S. 48 States Only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Free shipping is offered for packages under 10 pounds. If your package is over 10 pounds, we will notify you by email about the new shipping charge. Shipping method may change depending on the final weight of the package. You will receive an invoice for the shipping fee.

    Estimated Delivery

    Once shipped, packages to the 48 Continental U.S. states generally take 3 business days to arrive. Delivery time for packages outside of the 48 Continental U.S. states will vary depending on the location. Order do NOT have guaranteed delivery dates. Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen issues such as weather, traffic and carrier accidents, and holiday-related delays.

    Next Day Delivery

    We currently do NOT provide next day delivery services.

    International Shipping

    We currently do NOT provide international shipping. We hope to add international shipping services in the future.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    So Good Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages confirmed to be delivered to the address listed under the order. If you believe that your package was stolen or lost, you may file a claim with USPS.

    Undeliverable Packages

    If your package was sent back to us due to insufficient/incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We will only ship the original package back to the customer after payment for the additional shipping fee has been provided. If the customer does not want to pay for the additional shipping fee, a refund for the items will be provided. The refund will NOT include the original shipping fee paid by the customer.
